Online Portion is included in the course if it indicates Blended Learning (BL). (It usually takes between 2 hours to 3 hours to complete the online portion of the course). We will enter your information in the system within 6 hours after enrollment between 9 am to 4.59 pm

If enrollment is done between 5 pm to 8.59 am, your information will be entered within 12 hours from the time you enrolled.

You will receive an email from Salesforce with instructions on how to access your online course.  You can check more information below on how to access your online course

If the email from Salesforce does not appear in your inbox or spam folder, 

please complete the following steps in accessing online course:
 

1.Visit www.redcrosslearningcenter.org

2. Click "Log In" in upper right corner
3. Click "Forgot Password"
4. Enter email used during enrollment

NOTE: If Salesforce shows your email with a suffix of 001,

The suffix 001, indicates that the information on your enrollment form did not match your existing Red Cross Account Information

We will fix this and inform you as soon as it is resolved.
